What's included with your Enrollment
Each session includes:

8 to 12 weekly classes (varies according to the session, please see details in the main page)

Each session includes a different collection of 25 songs accessible on our mobile app for iOS and Goodle Drive for Android, . CD's available for $17.50

A gorgeous illustrated book with all the lyrics in Spanish & English.

Pre-registration for the class of your choice for the next session 1 to 3 days before it is open to the public

Parenting and language acquisition consultation and support.
*Please note that siblings under 6 months old at the start of the session can register for FREE but MUST be added to the enrolment form.
Persistence is key to success. We highly encourage you to come to your reserved class on a weekly basis but understand there might be occasions when that might not be possible
Even though many enhancement programs do not offer make-up classes, at Mi Casa Es Tu Casa® we are happy to offer make-up classes when possible.

IN-Studio Makeup policy
​
There is a limit on the number of makeups a family can book per session (from 2 to 4 depending on the length of the session. More info in your Welcome mail)

To be able to keep offering make-up opportunities we need to count on each of our families, including you, to let us know when you will be missing a class with at least 24 hours of notice prior to your class (here's a video on how to mark your absence).
Before reserving your make-up class, please make sure you can attend. If for any reason you can’t make it to your scheduled makeup, please let us know asap so other families like yourself can use the seats available. Makeup classes are not eligible for additional makeups.

If you missed more classes than the makeup limit or did not mark your absence 24 hours in advance, we offer additional makeups starting at $5 (additional credit card payment fees apply).
Make-up classes are not transferrable to a different session, NO EXCEPTIONS. All make-up classes should be booked before the end of the session the student is enrolled in. Therefore, we highly encourage our families to plan ahead and schedule their make-up classes in advance in order to secure their best spot before the end of the session.
Consistency is key for your child's best learning and we will do our best to help facilitate your regular attendance
Refunds & Cancellations
If you change your mind about your enrollment we offer refunds minus processing fees within 30 days of enrollment. In addition to the processing fees (about 5%), please note that the following are non-refundable:
- First-time enrolment fee for new families ($25) is non-refundable.
- Materials fee ($25) is non-refundable
- Sanitation fee ($10) is non-refundable
- Classes already passed at the time of the request are non-refundable.

You can also request a credit instead and have the FULL amount of your enrollment applied as credit into your account instead of a pro-rated amount after the above deductions. If you choose this option, the next time you enroll in our program, the credit will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout. Credits are good for 2 years!

Pro-rated prices automatically applied at checkout after the 3rd missed class. 1st and second need to be replaced with makeup classes.

Materials
If you are doing the At-home program and live in Austin, Tx, your materials will be ready for pick up put to 1 week before the start of the session. Materials not picked up by the end of the session will be restocked without a refund. Shipping is available. Please contact us with any questions.
